Quarterback Tutelage:

Special Thanks to:

Dave Johnson, Tulsa University- Presently; 12th

"Dave Johnson has taken my game to the next level in speed and accuracy for sure. He is such a competitor and his positive teaching has made an incredible difference in my game. Thank you so much,
Mark 10:27
-Thor

Jason Lavvorn:www.TexasQb.com Camps, Baylor University- Presently; 9th-

"Jason Lavvorn, my quarterback coach, has taking my ability to scramble and my awareness in the pocket, to new heights.  His "outside the box teaching" and attention to details for live game situations is innovating. He is a great man, friend, and brother that I can call on anytime.
Thank you,
Colosians 3:23

Jerry Bomar, Texas Tech ; 9th-10th grades

"Coach Bomar has taught me so much about being a quarterback. He stresses perfection down to the minute details. Out of all of the lessons, I believe his greatest lesson to me was:
"Don't be so greedy, take what the defense gives you!"
"I can never thank him enough."
 - Thor

Al Penn-White: Former New Orleans Saints and San Antonio Gunslingers- 2 years; 7th-8th grades

Coach Penn-White taught me to be professional. He taught me about offensive game planning. He always encouraged me and expected new heights to be conquered. I am very grateful to be able to call him for advice anytime. Thank You, -Thor

Kelvin Ford: Former Denver Broncos and MIZZOU- 3 years; 6th-8th grades

Coach Ford taught me what all quarterbacks should know, "What the defense is thinking." He was key in getting me to hold the ball properly and how to throw it. He also took so much time to go over game films with me, even to this day he quizzes me on coverages. He's always there for me. He still teaches me. Coach Kelvin, Your in my "circle of Who." - Thor

Billy Minor: Former Philadelphia Eagles- 4 years; 5th-8th grades

"Coach Minor has been instrumental in setting a good foundation for me as a quarterback. He taught me what my receivers should be thinking and how to call my own plays from an early age. In the game that he told me, "Now we on the same page, Thor!" Everything took off from there. He always taught in a positive way and I always felt like it was me and him against the defense. He still teaches me. Thank You Coach Minor.       - Thor

*Rhett Bomar: Former #1 QB in the country and NFL Giants QB

You may not think that you didn't do much because you're humble and busy in college and NFL football, but you've inspired me. Everytime we throw together, I am elevated another notch and taught some important techniques. I am focused on where I want to go. Thank you so much. - Thor

Richard Bartel:www.proqbclassic.com,Washington Redskins QB- 11th grade

I'd like to thank you for listening to the voice inside you and taking an interest in me. I like your style of teaching. Who'd have thought getting hit with dummies could be so much fun. Thanks for everything and God Bless. - Thor

If you could give advice to a youngster starting out that wants to be a quarterback, what would you tell them?

"You can learn a lot from watching others play that position. I have spent countless hours studying Rhett Bomar highlight films, and some others, and each time I watch them, I see something (technique wise) that I didn't see before. Also, pick someone who is technically sound to watch."
